Downloadable collections for anyone

Until today you could upload collections to cloud and only you were able to download it.
Other users were able to browse your collection if they had the permission to do so.

New feature: if you create collection and publish it to cloud, you can allow that your collection can be downloaded by everyone who can access to it. This feature is available for 'creators' only (Creator premium plan).

Create challenges, maps, templates for others to download and edit.
